All orders will ship within 1-3 business days from when the order is placed. From there, it will take about 2-5 business days for orders to be delivered within the US. Please note any orders placed on Friday by 2PM EST will not be processed until the following Monday. Additionally, any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not ship until the following Monday as we currently do not ship orders over the weekend. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
I ship USPS Priority. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Can I choose expedited shipping?
I ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
I am not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Orders that are returned must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Pack items in proper packaging and do not ship items in their product packaging alone. Use a box or appropriate packaging.
Email me for a return authorization number so I can keep track of your return. Write this number on the box.
Return shipping costs are not refundable.
